The Outernational Sound

Having bought my first Thievery Corp. CD today, Outernational Sound, I must say I am quite satisified. My first time to listen to these people were some 2 years ago. A friend, Joncy Syquia, turned me onto them. At the time, I was heavily into burning CDs using KAZAA. Free music as it was, I had an odd sampling of their work. But now that I have bought an actual CD, I feel that there is much added value to the way these guys make a compilation. I like their stuff so much that I found myself buying too more albums, DJ Kicks and The Richest Man in Babylon. I find that buying good music is like marking a way point in life. With Thievery Corporation's music as a sound track, the next few months will be quite a journey.
